Our constantly changing menu consist of dishes that we think best represents our style of cooking and showcases regional and seasonal products.

We inspire ourselves trough flavours and technics from different European cuisines. We source our produce from Berlins surrounding lands, fresh fish from the North sea and always aim to buy whole animals directly from our farmers.

Our wines

Our sommelier Ole Ortmann will be happy to advise you personally on an exciting bottle of wine - whether white, red or orange. Or you can embark on a short wine tour and take advantage of his wine pairing, which is tailored to the menu. As with all of our products, we also rely on small, artisan producers and wines that can express their full potential without any additives.
